Next, we will be looking at exercise. Exercise is good for our bodies and gives us energy. It also makes us feel happy. There are many exercises you can do. Walking, running, swimming and dancing are just a few of the many options. Another way to increase our strength is through yoga. Yoga is a great exercise, as it increases flexibility. Avoid junk food and drink lots water if you want to lose weight.
