We started by looking at what food we eat. Some foods are harmful and some are good for us. We now know that sugar can be dangerous because it can cause weight gain. On the other hand, fruits and vegetables are good for us because they contain vitamins and minerals that are essential for our bodies.

Next, exercise was discussed. Exercise strengthens our bodies and gives us more energy. It can also make us feel happier. There are many types of exercise that you can do. Some examples include walking, running, swimming, dancing, playing sports, and lifting weights. Yoga is another way to improve your strength. Yoga can be a great exercise as it increases flexibility, improves breathing and is a great way to increase strength. You should avoid eating junk food and drink lots if you are looking to lose weight.

We ended our discussion with a mention of sleep. Sleep is one the most important things we do every single day. If we don’t get enough sleep, our bodies can become fatigued and stressed.
